Scenic Sussex Information for Tomorrow

We’re so excited to have you joining us on our trip to Scenic Sussex! Here’s everything you need to know about our trip tomorrow before we set off. Please have a read through and keep it saved somewhere handy.
Pick-Up Times & Location
Eastleigh: 08:25am
Fareham: 09:00am
Wickham: 09:15am
Cosham: 09:40am
Please make sure that you double-check your pick-up point and time. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before departure so we can leave promptly and keep the day running smoothly.
Important Updates
This trip is proceeding exactly as planned. There are no changes to the schedule or any important updates.
Food & Drink
You’re more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks onboard! We just ask that you’re mindful of strong smells or messy snacks. Alchol is not permitted on the coach. That said, most of our stops or destinations have plenty of food options if you’d prefer to buy something along the way.
Toilets On Board
There is no toilets onboard this Coach however if en-route the toilet is needed a comfort stop can be made on request.
Tickets
Any tickets for the event or activity will be handed out on the coach tomorrow, so you won’t need to worry about printing or bringing anything with you.
Seating Reservations
If you have booked seat reservations on the coach, you will find your name on your seat. For those that haven’t reserved a seat, please take any of the remaining seats. If you would like to reserve your seats for tomorrow, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that we charge a £5 reservation fee on all seats.
Itinerary Info
Our friendly host will talk you through the itinerary once everyone is onboard, including what to expect, timings, and where to meet us again at the end of the day.

Our host has an emergency phone on them, so please call 01962 396173 in case of any issues on the day. If you get separated or need to reach us during the trip, then please use that number.
Weather
Please keep an eye on the forecast and dress accordingly! Whether it's rain or shine, it's always best to be prepared.
