When did you start working in the travel industry?

I started working in travel back in 1995.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

Talking to customers and colleagues about their dream holiday destinations and having to sample them on occasions too. It's a tough job but somebody has to do it!

Where would you like to visit next?

Thailand. The wonderful scenery, its history and their amazing food.

What is your dream holiday destination?

The Seychelles. A beautiful area of the world where you have no choice other than to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

I've booked many World Cruises for customers over the years and it has to be top on my bucket list. There is no better way to see the world.

What were your favourite childhood holidays?

Trips away to holiday camps and weekends away in our touring caravan. How the world has changed!
